Look at the corner of the block nearest the header tank as they are prone to clogging up with sh*t from the water and eating through the head gasket.
This is very likely if your water was a rusty brown colour before you flushed it out.

It depends on the system they use and the sensors that are with it.

You have to remove the doors strips first as these have a screw holding them on towards the back of each one, once unscrewed slide them backwards with the door open, then slide the rear quarter ones foward.
