Nice car, Always had a soft spot for these and appreciate them when built to a good spec like this and none of this scene pish.
Carbotechs are probably one of the best pads you can spend your money on, I have been using XP10's on the front of my Megane with 8's in the rear. Stopping power is...
Probably the winter patch, IIRC it was released yesterday.
Just spent the last hour or so playing around with the new hud settings, So much choice LOL!
Overall the game plays so much nicer with it, Its probably the most noticeable patch since the game was released
Massive update coming in the very near future, Sounds like the whole game is going to be hugely improved and much better to play. Loads of nice little touches being added. Im looking forward to the customisable HUDS/Reticules and red dots. Being able to custom choose colours for different hit...
Nein, I was just a passenger but even sitting with Bo controls it felt slow.
Has anyone managed to crack the box to map the settings? Don't get me wrong it's still a brilliant car and doesn't deserve the bad press it has got and gets but for me I couldn't live with them, especially on track...
I'm more interested as to what they have hiding under the cover on the right, Certainly has the Clio IV profile
Actually, Scrap that. Now I've looked it it properly it looks far larger than a Clio LOL!
It's probably a load of BS but i have seen a Trophy-R mentioned on various sites.
I would love them to do that, Similar spec/upgrades that the 275 Megane gets over the 265.
AFAIK they haven't officially announced anything as of yet but its looking almost certain that some sort of DLC will be out in the near future, Hopefully this month.
Only downside with Gtechniq is its fussy application IMO
I actually found a bottle of it still sealed when i tidied up, Glad i did as i was going to buy more LOL!
Durability of it is good, I applied it to the Megane about 18 months ago and the side windows still bead and sheet water like it...
Aye typical, They always seem to be slower when your actually waiting on something. They are generally alright up here mind you, I would say that though since my old man is the local Postie LOL!
Cheers mate, Im growing to like it more and more its a superb little thing IMO. He picked it up on...
Spent today giving my brothers ST a good clean and got some protection down on it.
Was hoping my Fusso99 would of turned up today as it will be the perfect car to test durability on but hey ho, Will just have to wait til i get back from work in 4 weeks LOL!
Whipped all 4 wheels off to give...
Got bored earlier and well and decided to tidy the workshop a little bit as my detailing stuff has been spread all over the place. Didn't get any before pictures bit I did find some products I forgot I had LOL
Blue drawers contain microfibres
Also managed to get a break in the weather at...
Seems i have one of the faulty cans of Cancoat, Bit annoyed as i had all the wheels off, cleaned and ready to be coated. Ended up sticking some BSD on them for ease and i was getting pissy LOL
Nah i don't, Wetcoat would of been perfect as well but i used the last of it at the weekend on a mates car.
Might just give the paintwork a miss until i get back then, Unless we get a nice day tomorrow and he leaves the ST at home LOL!
Oh and another thing, BSD. Can that be applied to wet paintwork and buffed?
Want to try and get at least some sort of protection down again for the same reasons but the weather probably won't be playing ball. I would use wet coat but i have none left unfortunately
Cheers, This is his first decent and quick car so it won't really be driven hard or fast anyway so I'm not expecting much heat/abuse from the brakes.
Curious as to the durability of cancoat on wheels though but it is only temporary and to make it a bit easier and quicker when i actually get...
Right, This one is for the more experienced detailers.
My brother got his new ST-2 last night, Cracking car btw I have driven it more than he has LOL, and the plan was for me to spend today/tomorrow going over it and protecting it but the weather has decided against that.
Plan now is to whip...
Looks a bit chav, Shite wheels and rubbish seats.
Don't agree with you on the dished style wheels though. Sometimes you need it to get a decent driving position if your seat is mounted quite far back.
An LSD won't just give you more traction in the corners. It will give you increased traction everywhere, Particularly in the damp/wet.
It would be near the top of my list for any Clio build regardless of power IMO. Once you have driven a sorted front driver with a proper locker going back to an...
Jeez. Mega, Mega build!
My mate has a similar setup in his A3 track car running around the same power and that is bonkers, Can only imagine what this is like with bit less weight!
Any more videos i can show him?
