copy and past the wheel. adjustments, variations-darker. then cut out the gaps between the spokes to get the brakes etc showing from the origional. then use birghtness and contrast to make a little more matt black. :)

Best i could do quickly now as the origional wasnt the best quality Whats my reward? :D If you can find a better and higher res pic should be able to give you a better ps
