Re: No Compromise ph1 ITB build (Fastcar, BTM, TDF, RS Fab) - ITB update p77
He is having an in-line set of four eco tek valves fitted... One for each throttle, should be looking at a 28bhp gain when it's mapped to suit.
;)

faaaaaaaarking brilliant.
Takes me back seeing a Clio stripped to a bare shell inside ;)
when I trimmed down my wireing loom it was quite therapeutic, even though it took hours and hours and hours lol!
When are you...
I had some Bosch super4 plugs in my 172... ran very lumpy, after 1000miles plug no.3 decided to depart the head in a spectacular fashion BOOM (luckily it didn't cause any serious damage!)
I did a 5 minute lap in my 172...
Don't time it, thats how accidents happen..
you soon get the mind set of "ohh I can take that corner a little quicker, screeccchhh, wallop, BANG.. oh, my car is written off 1500 miles from home"
although it you follow the KW motorsport competition enquiry form:
http://www.kw-suspension.co.uk/kw-motorsport.php
they only offer two or three way?!
on the KW main page....
KW Variant 1 - Adjustable height with fixed damping rates.
KW Variant 2 - Adjustable height with adjustable...
three or four way would be the competition stuff from KW... iirc there is a black Clio at Freds with some fancy KW competition kit on ;)
I wonder who it could be haaha
Ive always looked at it this way...
V1 (1 way adjustable)... height
V2 (2 way adjustable)... height, dampening
V3 (3 way adjustable)... height, dampening, rebound
and you can always adjust the camber with any KW unit
?
I keep looking at these for the Megane, pretty much same set-up as the Clio 200 suspension by the looks of it.. fronts look like an arse to fit, rears easy :)
