per £ nothing really comes close to the performance clios available imo find a car that can be bought 2nd hand for £7500 around 2 years old can do 135 (approx) 0-60 in 7secs (or so - blah blah), handles superbly and can do 37mpg? even as a new buy its a decent choice as for £12-13k outlay...
