You'll have to take the fuel rail guard off to make sure as it's only the lower one that's stamped,
but i'd say you more than likely have them.
This is what you're looking for if you're not sure, those two bolts underneath are what the fuel rail guard bolts to.
It doesn't have to be mapped again, seeing as you've got a 172 cup you'll have the RS stamped inlets which were a better casting than the normal ones
so the gains will be minimal if any, I had my RS stamped inlets done by Jamsport and other than being £170 quid lighter,
I didn't notice any...
One, owned it for the last 7 years, it's generally reliable, modified enough to make it reasonably quick for a daily,

If you're referring to the two holes on the top of the inlet manifold they're for the plastic engine cover to be bolted down,
they have nothing to do with securing the fuel rail guard, the bolts you need should be inside the holes on the front of the guard,

All the RSTuner boxes are locked to each cars vin number,
another car can't be mapped with someone elses box unless you pay for a licence from FastChip, then pay for the 98ron map on top of that,
but that would mean their box is locked to your car and the owner wouldn't be able to use it again.
