Although you could prob go to 205/45/16 for more grip (it works for 182)
Kumho ecsta are well rated on here, and only a bit more.
I found rainsports really good on my 172 wheels, 195.
So does mine :rasp:
On the original question. I was led to believe that if your going to change the suspension, get a non cup suspension car as there is more choice? Might be wrong tho.
Yeah my comment wasn't really worded correctly I apologise. It doesn't make sense to me now!!
Thankfully you put it back to how it should be!! Looks a great car tho.
Iirc not all induction kits fit the 1.2 16v, due to it needing a backing plate. I had a piperx on mine when I had it, and it was good. I purchased a viper too but wasn't overly impressed.
K-tec do one too.
Hi, i wasnt having a pop, I was just questioning why the previous owner would put horrible spec door cards in. The seats I can understand at a push, but doorcards?
But good going getting the proper ones back in, looks much better!! Loving the recaros too!! Let me know about your mpg if you...

Deffo get rid of 16v badge please, it's offensive! Lol
Bringing up an old post I know, but has anyone had any success fixing the thumb grip? I might try and cover mine in carbon film. Would only look better tho!!
There is a guide in the guide section. Basically, jack up passenger side, remove wheel, unscrew screw holding arch lining and pull out 2 large plastic bungs, you will see the valve attached to the horn assembly. Unplug electrical socket and remove small pipe. But be sure to bung up the small...
Why would you want to remove both airfeeds? You've replaced them with a better one I guess? When I removed mine it felt like lost torque so put it back on. I recommend taking the acoustic valve off tho, 10 minute job and it feels better and sounds a little louder too.
What do you mean it's not perfect? It looks AMAZING!! Really clean!! Did you brush the paint on the intake and fuel rail or remove it all? Mine could do with a spruce up!!
Good stuff there, like the aerial, where did you get that from? Linky please!!
It depends with the plates, I drove about for years with a cut down plate front and back (normal font, just attacked with a jigsaw) and never had a problem ever!! On different cars too. Go for it, they look awesome!!
