Cheers dude, shame the videos never capture how hard you push. I felt like I drove on the limit when the track was clear. Enjoyed the blast with the Leon Cupra R, we were pretty even. I think I need to treat myself to some decent tyres!

Tbf I wasn't expecting to spend half the day on track, so I was only running poor tyres (worn V12 EVO's on front Kumho Ku31's on the back). The V12's are good tyres but I've tracked them a couple of times already and it's starting to show, I seem to get about three trackdays out of the fronts...

All six of 'em! lol First time at Rockingham so I started off steady to learn the track then gradually picked up the pace. Really enjoyed the track, there was a fair bit of traffic out there so decided the only way to get anywhere was to push past (making sure it was safe to do so!) Suprised...

Did anyone else think the tracktime briefing was completely pointless? The guy basically acted like he knew people would drive like idiots so kept it as short and vague as he could.

Nah, there's a wheel refurbing place across from where I work. I just took them in and asked for black lol. Yours looked sweet too dude, yours and Sofaboys are my fave non-sport mk3's :)

Cheers fella, tbh I seemed to spend most of my day on the track... Can't complain though, I had a wicked time :D I'm not sure how much it's lowered, it was adjusted enough for it not to scrape when driving normally. As for the wheels I just got them done black lol :)

That was on what I think they call the West Circuit. Despite allowing for driver error they're still good times from the Renaults.

I understand where you're coming from, but because the Focus is a much more expensive car I'd imagine you'd still lose more than buying a 200 regardless of depreciation. It's all about percentages. I'd still rather have the Focus any day :)
