Don't get a carbon splitter.... they get stone chipped badly and look naff in no time. Although K-Tec's new matt effect carbon splitter solves that problem. Or a Peugeot 307 splitter looks great on them, and is £30 brand new.
I would save some money for an RS trackday later in the year...

Belts are due at the end of the year, if its from a dealer its worth trying to get then done in the deal.
36k service should be done (aux belt), check rear shocks for leaking, they tend to go around that mileage.

It'll be the springs, as they determine the ride height with the standard shocks.
They've just sagged with the weight. I would expect the shocks to be pretty knackered too though, check for oil around the seals.
I usually do the following...
Bottom hose off the rad, drain system.
Reconnect hose
refil system
run engine with bleed valve open
close bleed valve
refil system
run engine and top as as required
