its either temporarily 'locked out' due to getting the code wrong too many times, or you simply don't know the code to re-enter it. if its locked out it will reset over time allowing you to put the code in. Renault can give you the code if you dont have it.

there's a french one doing the rounds... with xenons!

you've obviously got the code wrong several times. you just have to wait it out until it allows you to enter the code again
