It's a tricky fucker, but it's no big hassle, just undoing all the clips, they're not easy to get to and made of metal, a pair of long nose plyers and you're away.
Any sort of upholsterers or even a textiles/sewing shop will EASILY be able to point you in the right direction.

If you're a bit of a nut and fancy going for it yourself, I did my powerflex dogbone mount with:
Socket/spanner set
Blow torch
Metal hacksaw
knife
Big screw driver
I just mullered what was in there with the blowtorch etc, and cut out the metal ring inside the smaller end with the...
It's going to be something ridiculous.... if you can get someone small enough to sit in the footwell, you can drive down a bumpy road slowly with them in the car, or move the seat all the way forward and get them to stick their head in the rear footwell*. Should be able to see/feel/silence...

As for tyres, just get one camskill and get some low profile tyres in the correct size, 45 profile should do it.
