For the price of the 172, there is faster out there. Coming form a 1.2 clio, anything's going to seem really fast at first.

My old valver wasn't on it's original engine when I sold it, the car was on about 90k, the engine gave up on me (well the oil pressure pump went & seized the engine) So I had it swapped for one on 60k, had no probs selling the car, first to come round bought it & I got top dollar for it. Good...

Same with all cars really, you buy a pup & it'll break down & be costly. You get a nice cared for example, you'll have a happy ownership experience:)

In your opinion, in my opinion it does improve resale value, not by a lot but a bit (this is proven too) It also looks a lot better than having some crappy aftermarkt thing stuck to the windscreen.

Renault sat nav is quite good, it's a vdo dayton, carminat set up. The big downer on it is that you can't put postcodes into it. The discs need updating too.

Do you have to pay fore the reg every year ? I think in america (or some states there) they do that, but you have to pay to keep the reg every year.

^ no rich dude's going to buy it for their spoilt son, an M3 yeah sure, but not a an rs500. An enthusiast will buy it though. I like it a lot, 25k for it is steep though.

I have seen them on a vlaver (clio 1.8 16v) but I think they had spacers. I'm not 100% sure if they would fit on a non valver arched mk1 (they may do though)

It's been on there for 60 days now, he may have sold it & not took the ad down. There is no mention of the cambelt being done, so factor that in (circa £500 for it) you'd need the aux belt doing too (if that's not already been done)

PM me the ad if you like ? I'll see if you can better it up a bit (not saying that the ad can be bettered as i've not seen it)

Looks nice, i'm liking the engine bay a lot:) Being critical, the only thing I don't like are the rear tints, they look really dark to me. Silvervisions needed too ;)

Lol @ the citroen, deary me. The clio would look loads better without the M3 skirts on it (I read that your changing them)
