So looking at that picture, once the 6+ has a bumper on its actually bigger and has a smaller screen.
Comparatively they aren't much different in size. I'm going to end up with one aren't I :(
Yep they are but the menu navigation is pretty clunky.
Gavin, what addons do you use? I'm using iStream and Navi-X these days. 1channel is blocked in the UK and none of the proxies work for very long.
Better spec than the Roku 3 and if you don't mint having to tinker a little for some apps then it's spot on. I'm still trying to get hold of a nexus player from America but I might also buy one of these.
It'll work really well when it's set up to notify anyone in your area.
Had a quick look at the application form and noticed the budget question. I've literally no idea what I'd do with the budget without knowing the amount.
Still debating applying but I'm not sure I can commit with it...
I've been looking at alternatives to an ATV 2 with jailbreak as quite frankly the hardware is lacking. Nexus Player was the first thing I was interested in but since they aren't actually going to release that over here yet I've been looking at the Amazon Fire TV. As it's android you can easily...

Qualcomm Quad Core Krait 300, 1.7GHz (CPU)
Qualcomm Adreno 320, 400 MHz (GPU)

Didn't know about MF application. What's the benefit? Makes sure you cover all the panel?
If that's the benefit I don't see the point. When you do one side of a fresh car by the time you've got round to the other side it's already beading due to the run off so I can't see even application...
SNAP! I have a late (maybe early) i7 quad 2.4GHz(I think). Only 4GB RAM though so really want 16GB and a decent sized SSD. Superdrive failed so I've actually got a second HDD in there.
I've also noticed some stuttering and lag since the update. Pressing the volume keys for example takes a...
When you work in IT support you will soon realise it's like groundhog day and you'll wonder why there isn't a massacre at your work caused by one of them snapping once a month.
Seriously.
