Yes one bolt at a time is quite important, the engine can handle one bolt being removed then put back, but not a few at a time.
Also if it's not instantly apparent which bolt is leaking (if any), then it's best to clean all the oil off the rocker cover as best you can, put the inlet manifold...
Just a bit of sealant under the head of the leaking bolt will do the trick, they're known to weep from time to time, it's not a symptom of something more serious or anything, just one of the Clio's many quirks.
It's probably one of the rocker cover bolts weeping I had it with one of mine, I put some gasket sealant under the head of the bolt and tightened it back up and the leak never came back, also be aware it could be more than one bolt that's leaking too.
If you do this don't over tighten the...
Am I right in thinking that a 172 cat is 200 cell, where as a 182 cat is 100 cell, meaning you could still pass emissions and potentially have a better flowing exhaust on a 172 by welding or sleeving a 182 cat onto a 172 pipe?
If you have a standard engine mount i'd leave it there, they're not the strongest mounts to begin with, the extra vibration could wear a new mount out even quicker than normal, if you've got uprated mounts then you could probably remove it without noticing anything.
Most people just make one of these. (Apart from me, I have an Espace V6 airbox because I like the sound)

1:25 to hear the Fatty (K-Tec style) IK.
Been neglecting this thread, tbh I completely forgot about the channel until a new vid went up today, since Roadkill is no more unless you give them money it looks like this will have to do for anyone needing a muscle car fix, there's always 1320 but there's only so much of going in a straight...
I guess the fact that it's rare and different gets it noticed, like seeing an American car on UK roads, it turns everyone's heads because you don't see them everyday, I see Porsche 911's & Nissan GTR's all the time, but when a tatty old Mustang burbles past me I nearly crash my car from staring...
What do the Canadians & Yanks make of the 172, do they even know what they're looking at?
I imagine they think it's a cute little toy right up until it out accelerates their 3 ton V8 SUV.
I find oil changes a piece of piss on 1*2's but I have been doing them on mine for years, I will admit the first one was a pain in the arse, but once you've had the fuel rail guard off once and not snapped the threads it's easy after that, I also use the claw thing which always gets the filers...
So after a quick search you can buy these with MOT for around £300, £30 tax, it runs on veg oil, parts that cost peanuts, what's insurance like?
I think we might have a winner for the cheapest car to buy and run in the UK.
Quite like these as a base for something, or just buy a load of them and cover the car.

Yeah i'm going to rip that boot lid off and throw it in the bin, f*cking thing drives me mental!!
It's actually the Powerflex exhaust mount that's to blame, bloody thing has zero flex in it so all the vibration goes through the cabin.
