Unscrew 3 bolts from housing, pull old one out, put new one in (quickly) and screw the bolts back in.
Couple of things to watch out for:
- Don't do it after driving. Let the engine cool fully down! (I know it's obvious but you'd be surprised...)
- Have the seal on the new one ready for putting...

Who'd use Tiger Seal on a splitter? LOL. OP, post what you've actually fitted/tried to fit and we'll be able to help you.
Maybe he just wanted a PH2 replica instead of the butt ugly PH1? Not bad IMO apart from them gash wheels. PH1>PH2 conversion isn't difficult if you have the right parts.
Yeah I always put my foot down on that long stretch :o I do that route every day, based near the city centre but I live in Bury. I'll keep an eye out and give you a wave next time :)
