Take them out, one at a time, and plug them into the HT leads. Keep your hands well away and turn the key. Should be a blue spark. You'll notice if one is different to the others.

Oh, by the way. To diagnose a head gasket, the engine will mix the coolant and oil. This will make the oil coffee coloured. Check under the oil filler cap, you'll be able to see.
The engine could also feel under-powered and may well make a "clicking" or "puffing" noise....
If the head gasket goes, the engine oil and coolant/water mix. The engine will still run, but will overheat. Make sure you don't run it for too long or let the engine get too hot, because the head may warp.
