There's a page on the apple website you have to use to de-register the number from iMessages. It's been a while since I had to do it so have no idea how I found it. Edit - found this after a quick google.

Have you tried HIC? I used them about 10 years ago on a classic policy and they were good with modifications.

@Geddes Just be careful which one you choose as a lot of the 1030's only output up to 1080p over DVI.

Unfortunately I don't believe you can have that resolution using the DVI connection due to the limitations of the Intel 530.

@Geddes You'll need either HDMI or display port connection for anything over 1080p with built in graphics.
