    fuel consumption rs 200 ?

So MPG threads are for retards and yet here you are posting in it lol. Love it how the superiority complex strikes again lol... 50mpg is far fetched without really trying but 40 is perfectly easy. What is so difficult for you to understand with the questions I raised in my 1st post in the...

    fuel consumption rs 200 ?

You don't half talk some s**t with your superiority complex... Whats wrong with someone wanting a fun quick hot hatch for the weekend blasts with the added benefit of getting decent returns on the mundane commute to work etc?? With the price of fuel these day's they're perfectly good traits...

A quick blast in the hills to put the smile back on my face!

Turned out to be the driveshaft in the end, followed closely by the coilpack packing in. Weather was a bit better than last time we were there lol.

A quick blast in the hills to put the smile back on my face!

Haha, either I'm typing like a spaz tonight or you edited my last sentence lol... Nicer wheels would be nice but can't justify the expense against other things I want/spend money on. They look a lot better in gloss black on iceberg compared to silver imo. Good for £100...

A quick blast in the hills to put the smile back on my face!

After getting a few mechanical issues sorted out with the car this month I decided to give it a quick clean and go for a blast over the moors. It's nice to have the car running on all 4 again... With the weather being nice I thought I'd try my hand a taking a few pics (something I never...

Ph1 Clio 172 - OBD II Compatable? Cheap eBay code readers any good?

I have a bluetooth one hooked up to my Desire and its very good. Found the same fault as the AA man did (misfire on cylinder 4) and can reset them if you want... With all the other stuff like 0-60, 1/4 mile runs, G-force's and economy... It's like having a Skyline computer in the car! Mine cost...

    Dell BSOD please help

I'd be surprised if swapping the memory would void the warranty tbh. It's way to common a thing for people to change/upgrade it.

    MPG's to France - Silly Q

They tailgate/try a lot on the motorway's but have better lane discipline and are terrible on roundabouts and general town driving.

    Ph1 172/Cup/ PH2 172 Opinions

They're all the same car... None of them are miles apart and the pace on the road is equal with them all. At the end of the day and despite what some people say I think you would be very pressed to tell which one you were in if you didn't know. Just get the one in the best condition....

    MPG's to France - Silly Q

I've done 2 big trips to France in the 172 and with a mixture of steady away on the motorways at 80-90 and plenty of thrashing on the country roads I got back with an average of 39-40mpg. Was great fun so I would deffo take take the 182 tbh.

    Help Required!!!!!

Sounds like mine was when the spline on the diff was wearing out. Mine lasted about 6 months like this and I thought it was the clutch. Sadly it finally gave way in Wales on the way to go and do Evo triangle:(.

    still having slow acceleration issues

I wouldn't expect any increase in power with those mods tbh. You'd be very lucky if it made 172bhp really. Also try Adrian Flux, I'm 34 and they were by far cheapest.

    Clio bogs down at 3500rpm

Will do once I've sorted the misfire on cylinder 4 that it came up with, hence why I got one lol. The menu looks better too on the paid one. Tbh you might as well get it for the sake of £3!

    172 Cup, Dewsbury to Huddersfield

Yeah it's a good way home, do it both ways everyday. Much better than Leeds road... Had to take it easy though as my work mate was shitting himself at those speeds lol:D. Just got some Eibach Sportlines on mine, make it sit just right imo. You'll have to try and make it to a Yorkshire meet...
