The thread on one of my hubs as decided to commit suicide. It is only the first couple of threads however so I'm going to try and tap it.
What is the thread pattern measurement of a 172 wheel bolt?
That's a different issue entirely. I couldn't remove my abs sensor even with the bolt removed.
Is your sensor not on the hub? Why not just trace the wire back behind the arch liner and split the plug?
Just drill the head as Josh said. It's easy after that. You don't actually 'need' the disc retaining bolts, they just make life easier whaen changing the wheels.
I'll agree totally with every word there Sheen.
If we're comparing apples with apples, let's look at something like the Octavia 1.9 SDI, 1.9 of pure power, not even the americans could build a N/A engine with such power bhp/litre.
The link goes to 'Items i'm selling', in my case, ebusiness04.
The best way to show your items for sale is to go into your feedback and then copy the link from 'Items for sale'.
No bait involved. Merely stating fact. You may not have liked them, fair cop, others do.
Different tyres suit different driving styles. These suit mine and have lasted longer than any other tyre I have used in the process.
I have them all round and drive like a loon. They've done 12k+ and whatever Chic did on them. No issues at all and I don't think they're bad in the wet either.
Only really gripe is the lack of rim protection, they seem to kerb themselves.
Nothing wrong with my A539's, I bought them from Chic around 12 months ago and they're still going strong.
Much better than the standard fit Contisport crap.
If you don't know what you're looking at or where things are, you shouldn't be messing imo mate. I'm not having a pop at your knowledge but i'd brush up on the basics first or wait for your mechanic to get back so nothing gets damaged.
