well the gear is already engaged. Say I'm sat in my car, I start it up, select first, take the handbrake off and just as I start moving it makes a big clunk noise!

I had a 3/4 plate, but the fact it didn't fill the recess annoyed me, so I got a custom one made up by russ, same width as a std plate but shorter with smaller lettering.

I've got same sized plate but with std font. :)
