Amigo. Having tried both on a red car. Amigo. Amigo. Amigo? Amigo.

    Autosmart Smart Wheels

Something's going wrong here. Bilberry and ASSmart Wheels are good products. When you say they don't work...? Elaborate?

    Snow foam

I'll read that in a bit Matthew, but mean while... IT WORKS!! Just popped out, 10 mins at the jet wash with the tesco wonder wheels and asda demon shine rapid dirt shifter. Both work well for my needs, but DSRDS is AF CP at a quarter of the cost. Good thing I bought a load. Lol. You certainly...

    Snow foam

If it is, £2.25 in local ASDA. If it isn't, I guess it's only £20.

    Snow foam

Is that confirmed now Matthew, as I'm going out (not specifically :s) to get some this avo?

    Exo V2

Needs drying in fella. Which means rubbing paint. Bad idea if the car has been "washed" with just a spray down. It's not clean enough for a QD surely?

    Exo V2

Don't forget a qd like reload and c2v3 needs a clean car. Hence I don't use them currently. If you're taking my advice from the last thread, cquk protection then a touch less wash with cp pre spray and jet wash. The car will not be clean enough for a qd however. Use the qd when you can wash it...

    Cquartz finest

This section does redeem itself sometimes with the likes of Magic, Chris, Jim and especially Russ. Another reason I'd not hesitate in letting Russ be one of very few pros to touch my car. Oh er.

AF Mercury. Best one I've used. Gets most crud off with just a microfibre application, but can be stepped up to 00 gauge wire wool if necessary.

PEUGEOT SPORT returns to Pike Peaks !!! With Sebasten Loeb and a Special 208 !

FYI, for future reference this... ... Means you've either written an epic build thread with photos that will elevate you to legend status, or you should rethink your post, as nobody cares.

Granted hence the first part, fella. Ah, all this thread was missing was Chip. Welcome back. Christ this place gets boring.

You can. It's the best option. Just no softener. Toby's post was incorrect.

Tough Coat is easier to use than the Carnuba Jett, which can be fussy. It also lasts longer than ACryllic Jett, from DW reviews.

Washing in an underground carpark. When Living in a block of flats.....

Not trying to defend Toby too much here, but what the f**k do you lot know about his personal circumstances? Yes he's a pain in the arse and a wind up in threads like this, but how about dropping the "you can't afford this" comments? Speaking from personal experience, people on £27k can afford a...

Washing in an underground carpark. When Living in a block of flats.....

New C1 is shite though, going off Kevingsessesss comments. If I was as fussed as you, CQUK with reload top ups (when I can wash it properly at the folks). In between, contactless wash with CP has mine looking more shiny than anything else on the street, which is home to some...

PEUGEOT SPORT returns to Pike Peaks !!! With Sebasten Loeb and a Special 208 !

    Q. Why do we need France on our side against Saddam and Osama? A. So the French can show them how to surrender. Q: How many Frenchmen does it take to defend Paris? A: Nobody knows, it's never been tried. Q. Why don't they have fireworks at Euro Disney? A. Because every time they...

Washing in an underground carpark. When Living in a block of flats.....

Not sure why this has turned into a general chat thread about house prices? A friend owns a £1.25m flat in central London/Old Street which has communal parking. What difference does that make? And who gives a damn about being the "local weirdo" washing his car in the carpark? Anyway, Toby. Back...

Carbon'd. Drive to jet wash. CP, pay for jet wash, enter code, jet wash off. Wash it properly at the parents every so often.

Yeah, Kev, you saw mine. Another thing, which is clearly down to over application - I'd sometimes get MFs getting stuck to the paint on removal... not stuck, but more friction than should be the case when removing a decent wax.

My first (and last) pot of Vics red was like a sorbet. I don't think this helped application tbh. I'd rather a solid Carbon feel, or at least Glasur. Not really answering your query, lad. Apologies!

    Help with clio

In this photo you can see the holes where the clips for the bullets go into the bump strip. You can see these clips by turning the bump strip over (something you can't do while it's on the car). This is a safer way of doing it. I went through about three sets before realising how...
