Was a decent day, bar the weather.
- Zonda F should've been in the parade lap instead of that Ultima GTR rep.
- SLS/Z4 V8/Audi RS4/Jag S-Type R sounded awesome.
- Should've taken out a bank loan for the food.
Yeah, mine is "where is the vehicle kept overnight"
Being 100% honest, it's in Manchester more often than not. So that's where I do, and will be insuring it at.
Tbh internet forums would be the least of my worries, the fact that my voting address was different would bother me more.
I'll be keeping it as it is. We all do what we can to get our insurance down, but I don't want a criminal record/inability to get insurance in later life due to fraud!
That's it, at the moment, it's looking like it will be:
- Manchester postcode: £1270 - all legit and above board.
- Sandbach postcode: £830 - potentially a grey area, spend the year looking over my shoulder, potentially worthless product.
Both expensive tbh! 22, 3 years NCB, 3 years clean...
I actually wondered that, like do they go into those levels of checks ect???
I know I'm asking very "daft" questions, but at times insurance companies are so secretive with how they work their policies, I find myself almost paranoid I'm doing something wrong.
That's exactly it, I don't want to pay for something that is worthless!
I know, tbh, I was asking here because everytime I ring Admiral (my current insurer) I can't get a word of sense out of them!
Ah right, so if it was genuinely 50/50 they would pick the higher risk area? Thus carrying the...
75%-25% split mums/dads.
Hence why I'm at my mums as it's more than 50%.
But what is the term "actually live" what if you genuinely spend 182.5 days a year at one address, and 182.5 days a year at another?
I'm sure this is a common question, and while I have done a number of searches on both here and Google, I cannot seem to find a definitive answer.
I will say upfront that this is at the moment hypothetical, my insurance at the moment is all above board and fine.
I am currently insured at my...
Re: Happy Easter - 15 FREE Rally Experiences for Cliosport members with FCS Tickets n
Just got one from the last link you posted, I hope you email me with good news soon! :)
Yeah that was why I suggested him, he's always been very helpful with mine. Never had any problems with my driveshaft though.
Have you met him before? Like you say, despite his modesty, he is really helpful.
OP deffo should drop him a PM.
I'm afriad I can't personally help, but as the other guys have said, try some of the members on here.
Also try dropping a PM to Rhys Bartley. He might be of some use, he's from south wales, he might even be near you tbh!
I don't hate him like some people hate the 1.8t VAG engine,
I just don't know, something about him I don't seem to like. I'm sure he's a top bloke, and he really does know what he's doing, just somehow dislike him.
Regardless of who's girlfriend/wife/mum/cat you fingered, it's still a proper shame.
Insurance really has got to be the only sensible option right now?
Right, I'm going to be doing some of my interior in Alcantara this bank holiday weekend, I have pretty much sorted everything out, but I am still undecided on what glue to use.
Has anyone got any experience in doing this, or know what glue will be best?
It obviously needs to be smooth when...
