Discs are not new but have very minimal wear, pads are no fully bedded in yet. one wheel is locking before the other, i only fitted them this morning and went on a very short drive braking gently but once or twice i applied the brake quite hard and the left front locked before the right. I...

Fitted some new "Red Stuff" Pads this morning, car now pulls to the left under harder braking. I was thinking it may resolve itself after a little use, but it was quite unnerving. Any Ideas?

it will fail on emissions if you remove the cat, it's illegal without a silencer IIRC. you will here you car from about 10 miles away as well.
