It was my Brother in law's E46 M3 and a "friend's" E9X for what it's worth, although my job entails test driving cars on a daily basis which I also feel lucky for, to add I never said either was a bad car, I know they're not for a fact.
It's also not really vicariously imo and i'm kind of...
I don't know. Unless at 9/10ths I doubt it would. I felt a C63 at 30mph going angry down the road more exciting that an E46 or E9X accelerating. Just lacked something evocative for me, then again I don't find GTRs exciting either, I just think you need proper noise from a "sportscar", even if...
Looking good mate. They have a high standard of work on the whole, I know plenty of guys including engineers who used to work there so you chose the right place!
If you need anything else mate don't hesitate to give me a text. Happy to help.
Oh and lolling at the insignia. They just match...
Britemax Vantage for me, i've gone off HD after using it for longer now, it'll last longer but not as nice to use and won't look like vantage.
If you want a bit of looks and durability Bilt Hamber Finis wax is a bit of a king. Can but a small 50ml pot alos.
I just love Vantage, if it was made...
I don't dislike it, just leaves me a bit cold Dave, I was never a massive E9X M3 fan, always felt they were a tad too sedate never felt that excited at high speeds compared with other cars, having been in a coupe and saloon, more the coupe in fairness, i'm maybe missing the point of the car all...
Changing isn't going to help but from a customer POV Plusnet are the best company i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, brilliant. But they can't work miracles.
All joking aside it's actually not a silly idea, not like you need to buy a delaership! Will someone clean them and photograph them and put them on a website etc? No half arsed stuff?
It's very very good stuff and currently the best on the market, sadly the film comes second to the person applying it. No matter how good the film is it won't hide poor work.
I just dislike filsm, they hide the true finish of a well detailed car at times. Expel is certainly the clearest and...
It won't last 5 years but it's decent stuff. It was one of the first on the market actually. Not sure if they evolved it like the other companies.
Can he offer anything else? G3 is pretty cheap and usually a manufacturer offers as a new age supaguard.
Well worth it mate, just look on You Tube at some of them after a year, they're another ball game to wax and polish. No one should have a detail on a daily car by a Pro and not have a ceramic coating, even if you wanted to wax over the top eventaully.
Exo and C1 is pretty good. I wouldn't stray...
PDR is always advisable, especially on roof. I think the avensis was nearly a grand all in. Still 750 quid less than a new one and you haven't cut the customer's car apart.
You mean the part the window bonds to and creates a water tight seal? Anything can be done cheap, i'm not sure anyone will argue against that, doesn't mean it will be right. He could repair it himself if he really wanted to.
I'm always always happy to learn and be proved wrong though guys, the OP should maybe contact a local guy or send a few pictures to some PDR guys, could work out great.
I use PDR on a daily basis for customers, it's a fantastic tool. I also watched a man remove 200+ dents from a hailstone damaged roof on an avensis, i'm well aware what can be repaired. Can you see the ripple further back on the roof? Otherwise known as a kink. Not to mention the front of the...
I sometimes think people take drugs on a daily basis on here. Did I just read £2-300.. i'm not going to entertain the person who said PDR either...
f**k me!!
Love LY. If you're not far away I would be happy to organise wheel refurbishment unless you have someone you trust?
I know it's not always the easiest thing to find.
