Probably not it but worth a check.. Have you checked that the rubber bungs are still in place under the car that allow access to the seat bolts?

I had partially stripped my R27 before I sold it, Removed the rear seats, rear cards, all carpets from the back, parcel shelf and the plastic mounts which it mounts onto. While it did feel faster i'm still convinced it was only due to the increased noise.

As said above on most Orange contracts you have to ring them before so they can enable roaming otherwise it may not work.

I use and would recommend using a co polymer remover which will remove any existing wax layers. Hope that helps
