Yep, if you are using a crop body, I'd try to get a 35mm prime rather than a 50mm.

Personal preference on the filter kits. Just be careful with the square ones if you go super wide on your crop (or at 24mm actually on the FF I think) because you'll get the edges of the filter and holder - Of you do go down that route make sure you get the correct one (Cokin do two I think)

Just be weary if its raining too much you'll get drops on your lens. You can get rid of them in post but its a ballache! The wheel is a fair bit smaller than in London but its still a good shot. Probably best going the other side of the canal (you'll know what I mean when you get there) or the...

You should still manage to get some decent shots in the rain and if it's cloudy on Monday then that's good for your 10 stop ND.

I borrowed one from a camera club member and it made a hell of a difference to my final edits. Also helped my prints, e&W ones as my laptop was very blue. See if you can get a used one, or maybe if there's a local camera club that has one for its members to use?

When you have excess armour/weapons etc can you swap it between classes? I've only got one class at the moment but I've seen that you can play as the three over the game.
