Try Bram Motorsport in Ponte mate, I got front shocks, 4 springs and an alignment done for far cheaper than that (and I supplied all the parts!).

There's also the Lux edition which I have, you can get it in RB. However these come with brushed aluminium raider wheels, chrome mirrors and grilles, and leather upholstery. So unless he has a Lux edition and has sprayed the wheels white, he's talking complete bull. Edit - Just seen white...
