no, you cant i reckon Castrol Magnatec Diesel will be fine, as would Shell Helix Diesel in the correct grade id definitely advise changing it NOW, as its done a lot of miles on the same oil, i change mine every 6k, sometimes sooner

call your local ice place mate, they will be able to sell you something to stop it doing it, its some kind of interference supressor, even Halfords sell em

Mobil 1 is too thin for a car like a Williams, you need at least a 10W in my opinion, personally id recommend a good quality 15W-50 like Silkolene Pro R or Mobil 1 Motorsport, my personal preference being for the Silkolene http://www.silkoleneoil.comhttp://www.silkoleneoil.com
