He's right though.... With regards to the to the Clio it's all relative. To the CS million airs then yes its a cheap good car that can be vastly bettered (with coin). But to a lot of us it is the best we'll drive on a regular basis and you can't take that away...

If you turn all the internet bits off like when I was on holiday you can get days out of the desire. Just turning auto updates on face book etc helps a lot. I've had to charge nightly for years with win mobile phones so its no issue for me and can't see the iPhone been much better tbh.

Just got my new one back through insurance and it came with 2.2 on it. Looks good so far and just trying the wifi tethering and it works a treat:). Not bad with a 3GB fair usage limit...

I think the main thing is the ability to install apps to the SD card and HD video. apps such as games should get loads better now they have more room fore them.

So you just took the OTA update? Seems a strange way to do it. after doing the Gold card thing you may as well have gone all the way and taken a rom off the modaco site. With the OTA update it will prevent you from rooting in the future (or at least until a hack is out). What do you think to...

It's a competing market atm. Not worth getting until there is a good definitive format which I suspect is a few years away yet.

No, it's not fact. Your telling me that EVERY car with more bhp/tonne is qoing to be quicker? Not been funny and also not saying the clio is the be all and end all but there are far more factors involved than just bhp/tonne. Gearing, drivetrain loss...... So sorry it aint FACT!!
