There's only one connector per side. I can't see why the wrong onw would come on though as the dipped beam get their power through the ballast. The wiring for the high beam is totally seperate after the connector. Ony way they could be doing that is if the connector is full of corrosion. Pull...
Bump. Awesome thread, s**t job. My hands are cut to ribbons and my neck is twisted to an angle I don't think it will recover from. But female status is restored to the car as it now blows hot and cold again. Should have done this years ago😂.
Indicator bulbs and dodgy reg plates don't mean it was once a track car though do they😂. How many owners hasa it had? I'd assume it has been someone's pride and joy for many years and probably was a bit of a concourse show car. At least it's not got a tank of 3 year old fuel in🤣.
Was this on facebook for sale recently? I recall someone questioning painted fog surrounds on a low mileage 182. Anyway, it's not got enough wax on it to justify that price. Bloody dreamers😂.
And after all those upgrades would it be faster down a Welsh b road than a guy in a £1500 1*2 who doesn't have as much to lose? Yeah I know it's a discussion as old as can be but it's a valid question.
Well boost is a bit of pot luck on these, plenty of fun to be had with them as Renault intended. It does seem like this year won't see much fun time for driving I filled mine with the cheapest Tesco 99 I've ever put in it last week and I've not used any of it yet🤣🙄.
That's bad news about the...
I hope everything is ok mate. Someone you know got the virus?
The clio is looking very tidy, shame you can't enjoy it at the moment eh! Still planning to boost it?
I did some in steel and some in 6082t6 aluminium. They were zinc plated / hard anodised for extra corrosion resistance.
Those ones above say they are for 300 discs and you can machine the calipers to fit 280's. The calipers need 5mm off to fit 280's with the correct size brackets anyway, I've...
I did, and sold my last pair recently. Unfortunately I'm now on furlough so can't say when I'll be able to make some more.
There is a guy on Facebook making aluminium ones. However he's tapped into them for the caliper bolts and there's not enough material for the minimum thread engagement so...
Says the toilet roll king🤣.
f**k going for a pleasure drive, stay home is the instruction. This is the year for getting those jobs done on the car or house, and just think how much spare time that will earn you for next year to bang the miles on the car just for the fun of it.
Take them! They are great seats and very comfortable. I did 750 miles on our Wales weekend last September and never felt uncomfortable after a few hours playing sheep dodging.
Exhausts are a ballache on 182's. I'm having mine sorted on Friday and a sports cat fitted to try get it through the mot. If it fails I'm scrapping it😂.
