I've found some are when messing about on my dads phone, but they usually have ads, and you have to pay for the app to go ad free. So they aren't really free.

But, if you use other apple products then sure it makes sense to get an iPhone? The way my iPhone/iPad/MBP sync with iCloud is really handy. And I've got loads of apps that I don't want to have to repurchase on android if I changed etc.

It's probably changed since I worked in mobile sales but phones4u would say anything to get an order. Lie through their teeth salesmen, all down to management putting a lot of pressure on them to sell. I would never buy from them personally.

The only feature of Android I would love is the ability to turn wifi and BT on and off from the notification centre. Wifi especially.

Well, we'll see. I can't do anything until December now as that's when I'll next have time off mid-week, which is also when they are technically due on the 5 year time scale. If the car has been good to me until then, I'll reconsider :)

It's if something else goes aswell though, say I do the belts, then the gearbox goes. Or the starting problem returns which could be as simple as a bad earth or a faulty UCH from the symptoms I had. It'd be uneconomical to repair it as they are jobs I can't do myself and I'd be breaking it...

This is pikey, but whack a flat bladed screwdriver under the front of the plenum, then prise it off. Bet it's just a bit stuck on the locating pin at the front.

lol I had the same problem. Someone told me to try that and it fixed it for a couple of starts and then failed again. Changed the starter and it fixed it.

Starter went on mine (the black box behind the bulb). Does pulling the green wire off and putting it back on temporarily fix the problem?
