Um, im very partial to supersprints simply because they are designed and tested units, fit perfectly and are quality items. I dont rate many other manufacturers.
But you wont get a power gain or anything, the std system raelly is that good, the only restriction being the HUGE rear silencer...
getting old ;)
you can tell since you mentioned walther rohl, not many know who he is on here without searching, not to mention what cars he drove.....lol
not a fan of the F1s, and well, the 195s work jsut as well and are cheaper. 10mm less contact wont really make it more nippy
500 quid on a chip, exhaust and sealed induction will give about 10bhp. Not much for the money, but its all about drivability, you wont really get up to speed any faster, but it can drive nicer.
chip and exhaust dont really do anything on the 172/cup, its all about inlet temps.
lol...dont worry about it.
I go to the CCC action days and tehre is everything from MGAs to novas, to skylines and several race series cars. THere is a novice session to those who are new etc.
I used to go in my MK1 XR2 when it was near bog standerd and that only pushed out 90bhp. Still...

Sooooper cheap too
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont play with F1s. They are disappointing....
Rd use, some bridgestones or Yoky A032/038s......wear on them aint too bad actually, will last a decent 1000-1500 miles.....
Have you ever seen what happens to s/s over time?
and the tubes is one part, you seen the welds on a powerflow system, to say amatuer is being nice.
i personally woudnt bother, they really dont have any idea about exhaust theory.
im having a new OMP system made and flown in from Italy this month so ill let you know how it goes.
I have mongoose at the mo and the centre baffle has fallen off, but the rear section is fine.
I looked at supersprint, but they no longer make the race system. Still, their frd systems are...
