you can buy some offset bolts from renault sport....btu making your own up aint hard, but takes a bit of fiddling and extending of upper and lower strut holes.
If you have no idead, i would NOT reccomend to start to fiddle with it.

The rear box which is HUGE on teh 172 is the main restriction, the cat and centre section are mainly fine.
So changing it wont lose you any power, but from my independant tests gains of about 2-4 bhp are all your gonna get.
throttle bodies will give you straightoff larger increase than playing with the head and supposed cam timing like LAD do. The std throttle body size is tiny and wont really allkow you to comfortably push 200bhp.
A set of quad items helped us to 215BHP on std cams and head.

Blaupunkt seem to have minimal buttons as do Sony.......pioneer, kenwood, alpine all soom over loaded with too much stuff, can you program them to drive or somethiing!?

I dont have a head unit and need one. Im not into big flashy displays, not one million buttons that adj the resonant thermo frequency of the left micro tweeter. Just enough, single CD and great radio reception is all i need.
