Yeh, it's also being heavily praised by the press for the multi touch, cheap price, great OS, easy to use and well made.
Depends what you want to read.
I think most people who have a laptop won't buy it unless it's a big one you're not wanting to move about, then essentially it's a desktop.
'Going online' used to be the thing you did in a back bedroom somewhere and was a geeky thing. Now everyone wants to use the internet and they want to do...
Yeh, from the Tesco value range.
Some people like nice things. My sister has a netbook thing. Granted it wasn't £400 but it's very far from being as good as the iPad. I think she'll probably get one.
Yeh, but it's not in the store yet which is strange. Store is usually down before anything is announced and then when it comes back it's there.
What's that little adaptor?

"I'd like one. I like the fact you can dock it, how much?"

"Let me know when I can order one"
I'm going to have to get one.
It might seem 'pointless' to some but it's very far from that. For those that can afford to have iPhones/MBP's, then they'll buy it anyway because it's fairly cheap.
For the people that can't afford a MB but want the portability then it's perfect.
It rocks. The OS is awesome. Plus it's Apple...
