There are two gear box mounts, this is the top one, you may also want to change the bottom or "dogbone" mount too. I've also got the same one for sale, brand new, 17£ posted.

You want a 172 bumper mate, 182 bumper's have the exhaust cut out's. (Unless you want to have an exhaust fabricated to fill the holes)
