Sanding down metal will takes ages!

I was talking to my mate about it and he had to sand it down, although he still said it doesnt fit very well so doesnt really bother with it. Its in my car, i'll go get it and get you a pic in a min, might be able to see the difference.

Personally I think you should just get it with the kit lens. Save some money and get to grips with the camera first. Learn more about it and then think about more lenses. I think its a touch overkill to spend so much when you know so little atm.

Nikon D40/D40x Canon 350D Go into Jessops and have a play, see which you like the feel of and buy it.

Doesnt work like that with DSLR's. I suggest a touch more research.
