It has a 5v in for a power cable. Where do I get the plug in bit from though ?
The hub was cheap (from tesco's) under £6 lol.

The pics of it un fitted (before I got it) are on page 1 of this thread, it does look nice & the leather is nice too.
It say on it plug & play, I thought cool i'll plug it in & off I go, no not all :S
It recognises it, then it says the bit about install drivers etc, it's asking for a 'EHCI driver install disk' what's that ??

I had my username put on for trax this year, I quite like them so left them on. I'll probs take them off when I can be arsed to.
Other than those & tiny rentech sticker on the back, no stickers at all.

I thought that the hub would sort things out, usb's seem to be screwed though - odd really as they work for other things.

Yep, your right. I got a usb hub earlier on, it recognised it but wouldn't connect it.
I went into the device manager & the usb part had a yellow question mark on it - smart !
I plugged the printer into the hub (the hub is supposed to be plug & play lol) no printer detected. Hmm four duff...
I have now tried all of the usb ports on the pc (it has four) previously i'd tried three of them.
I have created a new user on it & I have downloaded itunes 8. When I plug it in it comes up recognising it, then a short while after the pc re starts itslef.
A dude at work used it with my lead...
