No heated front screens on clios in the UK at all. Heat reflective yes, heated no. A heat reflective one is over £200 autoglass ask about £400 for one.

Wherever you put the plate, it must be lit up when your lights are on. I have seen cars with the plate in the rear window (lit up) but I can't say if that's legal or not.

It is common yeah. Take the light bit out, then tighten up the nut on the roof aeriel, that should do it. If not you'll need sealant & stuff.
