GTX 590 was the first single nVidia card to support it. Otherwise with older cards you need to be running SLi to to support it. http://uk.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-590 It basically runs SLi internally allowing the use of their "surround vision" with just 1 card.

Out of interest what are the differences between the 65 and the 80? I will be remapping anyway but was just wondering what you would need to do to get it to that stage, as they seem a lot easier to get hold of than the 80's or 100's

Get to 30mph, throw it in 4th gear and floor it. Or (making sure there is nothing around you) handbrake on, engine on, clutch in, put it in 4th, let the clutch out completely.
