No I want to do some. Its a europe road trip where we are visiting all the 'best' roads in europe. I'm only not taking my car because its cheaper to share his. Saving £300 in fuel + accomodation costs etc etc

Does it matter that he is already insured on the car though? As IIRC you can't have 2 insurance policy's on 1 car - meaning he would have to cancel/freeze his for me to do that, yes?

Can he freeze his policy on the car for 1 week - I transfer my insurance over to his car (IE me being the main driver) and then get him to be named on it? Only problem i see with that is the car is in his name on the V5 and i don't think you are allowed to do that. I hate insurance

Hello! I need to get insured on another car for a week, so I thought it would be a simple case of my mate adding me to his policy. Easy! The complication is this - They won't allow any named drivers under 21 (I will be 2 months away from 21 so how this will effect my driving I'll never know?)...

Pretty straight forward mate. I used a 1200 grit wet and dry but some people start lower and work their way through the grades.

I here what you are saying fella, but I haven't based my 4.8k on guesstimates off of here. Look on PH/AT etc. My car (mint condition (well it would be when I sold it, wheels refurbd etc) is worth about that price as thats what they seem to be going for on that milage. No matter how you look at...

Sounds like shagged engine mounts to me. Banging will probably be your manifold bashing on the heat shield due to excessive engine movement.

i wouldn't pay 4.2k for an rb on that milage. id be selling mine at 4.8k standard with 60k and belts done. Id pay 3.5k for that max - but would push for more 3k
