Aye, there will be a tab to squeeze in. Use something to pry between the connector and the tank to help lever it off, but go easy so as not to snap it.

70Nm mate They give a bit of a kick when tightening up at full speed and it cuts out when tight.

Push the fitting on until it clicks and then give it a good pull. You shouldn't be able to pull the connector off at all unless the tabs are pushed in.

Any of the fabric sealants are good. I've used the Gtechniq and Gyeon and there's nothing in it between the two, both easy to use. You can't really mess up a trim coating mate. Go for CarPro Dlux and you can use it on trim and wheels. It's literally wipe it on, wait a minute and then wipe off.

Need a multimeter to check the voltage really. It should be ok if it was brand new, but it's worth a check.
