The evo all day as it wont fall to bits or rattle like the clio will (at the end of the day its still a renault clio). It may have a V6 but it doesnt mean its worthy of the over the top price tag they put on them IMHO.

IIRC clios dont have a service light and i think you have up to 1000 miles grace period before its out of warranty due to late servicing.

I have a 1.2 16v dynamique......not particularly fast in any way, but when im on the motorway just cruising along 70/75 when out of nowhere there is a t*sser (the rep type) in a BMW 316s or a bottom of the range VW passat and the likes sitting on my bumper when they can clearly overtake in one...

Well im only talking from going from 15s to 16s(mk2 172 rims) the same as yourself and it didnt make the car alot slower just a little, but my car has less power than yours as its the 1.2 16v with a heart stopping 75bhp of french stallions! lol

Dont matey....youll probably regret it, as 17s will slow the car down a bit, if you are going down the 17s route....OZ super Ls!

It shouldnt be too bad as you have 4 years NCB and speeding isnt exactly as bad as dangerous driving or trying to insure after a drink driving ban....always remember mate it could be worse lol

If the car is going into the garage to have any warranty work done....take it off as reno will blame the problem/fault on the modification.....thats how w*nky they are! But what they dont know wont harm yout warranty ;) [Edited by 16vClio on 17 May 2005 at 2:13pm]

I stand corrected....ive never heard of any up this way anyways. I wouldnt have mine done by a mobile fitter but up to you i guess.
