I've got ktec ones now mate. Just ordered some SKF bearings, and i'll laser cut out some washers from PTFE at work.

I think to a certain extent the black alloys would put a few people off. I focus on them straight away, and it just shouts young owner spray painting his alloys (if you didn't know the story behind the car). It's one of those, but you're not in a rush so i wouldn't worry.

Look so clean with the TPI bolts, hopefully they dont rust like some people see! I know you've coated them though, so fingers crossed :) The cars immaculate as always too!

Strange though, maybe it's sitting on the little protrusion more on one, than on the other. You running the rubber parts too?

Ktec ones? The ktec bearings I pressed out were 20x42x25x16

Best bearings for the KTR Top Mounts? There's the GEG20C mcgill ones (http://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/m20-spherical-plain-bearing-geg20c-teflon-lined-705/) or the SKF GEH20C ones (http://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/skf-m20-spherical-plain-bearing-geh20c-1900/).

I'm running standard 16's with 10mm rear spacers and 20mm fronts at the minute. Hubcentric with studs/nuts and the added bonus of the wheel trims still fitting. I'll grab some pictures but it looks a million times better and I can't really say i've noticed it handle any worse? It's nice to know...

I think Black Gold is so much nicer than Pearl Black. It just seems so much deeper, and polishes up so well. It's a b*****d to keep clean though, but they still look good dirty. IMHO I would look for a car that needs it's belts doing (either knock this off list price, or find a buyer who has...

I believe it's down to a cog stripping attached to the motor. Either unplug the adjuster or replacement headlight.

It's your headlight adjuster trying to adjust.

I've ordered some eibach camber bolts, and i'll get it booked in with bramracing next weekend. Will keep the standard wheels on for now then swap over before heading to bram so it's all setup properly. Can't wait!

You could keep the clio, and just get a cheap dirty derv as a run around.

Okay, sounds good. What make are the camber bolts/condition? And what's the sort of camber i'm wanting to have on the front end?

Do I need camber bolts? Just recently changed my tres and tie rods so my alignment is out by a fair bit. The cars lowered on cooksports and running 20mm front spacers/10mm rear. I don't want to take it for alignment for it to then need camber bolts so I have to pay again. Cheers

If you want me to pop over, we can swap leads/pack from mine to yours, and see if it makes a difference to the running? It definitely smelt strongly of petrol when I saw it before! Makes me think lambda or injector
