    Perfect ride height on coilovers?

No not changing the weight distribution. im not exactly sure how to explain it but having rake on the car( sill lower at front than rear) will imcrease front end grip, turn in, give less understeer and more feedback. I guess its to do with load

bin em!!! old hat now mate. not what ive heard on the race teams side of thing. Powerstation took on a team recently that were running 12k worth of sachs stuff on their race cars and werent totally happy with them. Curtis offered them a build on a set of AST's to test. He built them all up and...

    understeer!

I have excellent turn in. Dont suffer at all with wheel spin. Nor braking problems and have very very minimal understeer. Ive told you. its too low all round. I bet you!!!! drive down and go in mine :):):):)

    understeer!

fronts too soft. 225lb bit low. 325 rears. too excessive. also depends on quality of suspension!!!

    understeer!

I seriously think your runnin out of suspension travel. Raise it up a tad. You got nothing to lose. Also make sure the back is stiffer than then the front. If its not then theres your problem!!!

    Perfect ride height on coilovers?

Doesnt matter. Road or track. You can still corner pretty hard on the road. Same things apply. Whats the distance between the centre of the wheel and the top of the arch??? Thats how to measure it correctly

    Coilover set up

    80+ vat at powerstation i believe :)
  23. D

    understeer!

I would say front is too low and springs are tad heavy on the front. try 285lb fronts. raise the car up a tad!!! honestly.

    Coilover set up

good lad :) you wont be dissapointed :) all you have to do is take a look at the past 3 years of GP tuner and look who won a majority of the events. Powerstation!!! also in an impreza which was runnin 2-300 hp less than most other cars there. The reason they won is because of the endless hours...

    Perfect ride height on coilovers?

That in my opinion and showin it to the lad that did my AST's said its slightly too low at the back. But if hes happy with it then thats fine

    Perfect ride height on coilovers?

Ok cool. There is no definative answer to ride height but one thing is for sure. if your running out of suspension travel when cornering hard( mainly on track tbh) then the car is too low.
