Being as it's a drag racing engine, I suspect it's in a class for normally aspirated motors.

That seems a mental number. The likes of Millington over here aren't getting 400bhp from their biggest four pots I don't think. Bet that isn't a cheap engine anyway.

Strong money but will absolutely transform it. They are crying out for wider arches. Add those, cup spoiler and decent wheels with a slight drop and it would be a brilliant looking car.

I don't mind the vents and wheels in black, ties in with the rest of the gloss black parts.

New one will be 4WD I believe. Some kind of transverse, Haldex (or similar) type arrangement.

Sorry to see this. Hopefully you can make it a bit harder for them in future. I would recommend paneling inside of the door, and then fill the cavity with dirty needles. Or really poisonous spiders or something.

MK4 doesn't suffer the same issues as the MK3 I don't think. I'd take that over the Volvo in a heartbeat to be honest. As it's a daily, I'd take modern refinement all day long.

Quite a few rally folk involved with development of this it seems. Sounds like they are going for a real sim feel with it.

Those things were just a brilliant drive generally. Needed a bit more power, but a great little car overall.
