Problem with that is you dont get any pulling away power (on slip roads etc) are the other clio engines quieter? or roughly the same

Is it just me/ my car but are all the 1.2 16V engine SERIOUSLY noisey? when it gets past 3K RPM is just so loud anyone's elses like this and is there anyway to reduce it?
