ABS works fine. It's designed to un-lock locked wheels.
The tyre skids on ice and locks .. ABS lets go and re-applies pressure..... :rolleyes:
The trick is to drive correctly for the conditions. :rasp:

You should have bought some decent tires :rasp: at least its home now. Once its all melted, the ABS sensors and rings should clear up and (hopefully) it'll all be ok :)

Mine last year was lower (splitter) and had fresh paradas on it .. i still got to work (and home again after it got worse) without the slightest of hitches.

Been after one for a while as it bugs me when I have to jack the back up, then axle stand the rear beam, then hope the back's up far enough to pop the front up .. and as I'm moving out soon, I'll need my own jack anyway !
