Prise the black bits (that hide the wire) open a bit. This makes it much easier

I had the same problem mate. The bottom bits do come out but I found it tricky at times and had to get a neighbour to help me. A wire split on me and he had to solder that too. Not as easy a job as I thought it would be!

W800i no real problems but when I sometimes phone people it connects but I can't hear anything. This has happened when I have answered calls as well so I think it's actually to do with o2 rather than the phone
