Just unlocked the M60 - PMSL! Talk about mowing down the opposition! Crouch, fire, kill, repeat. No wonder there are hordes of medics running around with these and the MG3's!!!

I really only get frustrated where people (even on my own team) are taking advantage of lame loop-holes in the game or things that take zero skill (such as the tracer darts). Going up against better opposition I have absolutely no issue at all with. Even last night, I got my arse handed to me by...
Never used assault yet Scutch - I haven't even got the ammo box yet - lol! If I had had the grenade launcher, then I would have definitely given it a go. The mortar strike did work, but it never seemed to get both of the bloody medics in one hit. Small frustrating! ;)

FLOL - just come off a server - where everyone of the opposition were using tracer darts. What an absolute f**king joke they really are. The first mound out of the Russian base and two Yank medics were camped there, along with an RPG engineer. It doesn't take an Einstein to work out what...
Nice score Scutch!
Had s**t speed internet at home tonight - even browsing CS is slower than usual. :( Just come off an Arica Harbour Rush game where I put 8 GOL rounds into a Russian without him dying! It was piss funny - everyone on there complained of lag, but it was like a mini Groundhog...
Aye - I know it well - got refused a place at Audenshaw High as my secondary school of choice. ;)
As Naith says - your best bet is to sign up and become a full member. Access All Areas and that. :)

Ah - maintenance kits - yep, not cheap. One we got two weeks ago for work was nearly £500 and consisted of little more than a fuser unit, pickup roller and three tray rollers. I doubt very much you'll be going for a Laserjet 9040 though - even second hand!

Welcome m8!
Whereabouts in M/Cr are you? I'm in between Bury and Rochdale myself, but originally from Ashton-under-Lyne.
This area (well, the North West - norfbest ;)) has probably one of the most active meets section on here. Meets can vary from a specific reason such as a rolling road day or...
Beware the toner price. HP are pretty much on the ball with you using compatible toners as well. Though in my experience they tend to be a lot more fussy on the colour laser printers rather than the straight-forward mono ones.
Double check what you're looking at as well. HP lkes putting drum...
Maybe. I think they will have to something in order to cater for the graphical memory of the consoles. I've got 2GB split between two cards in Crossfire, which definitely isn't an unusual amount these days for a gaming PC. Even simple trees and foliage will all eat into that memory allocation -...
Obviously, I'll reserve proper judgement on it until I try it, but I'm not eagerly awaiting this game. I was never a fan of Battlefield : Vietnam which I've always considered the oddball of the BF series. My key concern is shown clearly from 10secs onwards in the YT clip.....
Just look at the...
Can you do that? FFS - it must need the Magnum perk as well. The other night on Port Valdez rush, the opposing Apache pilot was a Hover Monkey - he literally kept in one place and let the gunner do all the work. From my position, I put three rounds onto the canopy - more of learning experience...
I guess with the M95 that the UAVs are a single shot kill, then? I can hit those a lot more accurately with GOL than I could with the SV98 - but an undamaged UAV still takes two hits at least to bring down for me.

I think you maybe onto somethng there. At distance I'm always aiming far too high with the GOL. Getting used to it now though - nailing other snipers with it is definitely the best part. ;)
Totally agree with the shotguns and they appear to be a VERY rare in usage online, I've found. On a LAN I...
I never buy Collectors/Ultimate/Platinum Editions, etc from new - though ones several months down the line with included DLCs and expansions are certainly fair game imo.
I've got a couple of game guides - one for Fallout 3 and the other for Oblivion - both I picked up cheaply and several months...
You should be fine. Give Sony a quick call - they should require little other than the serial number of the device and the address at which its located.
edit - as treemanx said above - lol ;)

I actually liked the first game. It was a great no-brainer of a combat sim - pretty much like a modern-day Afterburner with a little bit of a story to it. That and maybe a little bit of Strike Commander thrown in.

That's the trouble with any FPS unfortunately - the closer you are to the enemy, the more 'random' the result can be. The broadband speeds of both parties involved and the server's decision as to what's going on can make for some really bizarre results at times. One of the reasons why I very...
Good point there - I think it does vary from racing game to racing game. I would never, ever play GTR Evo without a wheel now - but I'm happy to play Burnout Paradise with a mere keyboard. I can imagine trying F1 2010 with the 'ol arrow keys would be an absolute fecking joke. ;)
