Remember SP do CS discount. Email Alex as he also can do Paypal etc.
Mine go to Glaze to use is Clearkote Vannilla Moose Hand Glaze.
Lightly cleans and polishes and can give up to 30 days protection. But is still best to follow up with a good pure Carnuba wax like P21s

That's not a bad product, go easy on it as it can be quite abbrassive. You will need to follow it up with a lighter polish possibly as well, as it tends to put in very fine scratches while taking out the bigger ones!
If it's light it should polish out even by hand. I would avoid using any real harsh compounds and T-cut and get your self a tube of Meguiars Scatch X, formulated to work well by hand.
In Brief ...
A glaze is a very mild polish or even non abbrassive product. Can fill swirl marks, gives a nice gloss, depth and wet look to the paint.
A polish does just that, polishes your paint. These can vary in abbrassive levels in order of what defects need to be removed. The correct grade...
No real need to re-wash unless you have been clying while the car is wet using car shampoo.
If done using the QD in the kit, go straight to the Super Resin
Re: Discovered my 172 is a Import
Lots of insurance companies have asked the question when giving quotes recently - is it a UK car.
Guess the possible lack of alarm, locking wheel nuts, window etchings could demand a higher premium?
Yeah I know the comapany you mean found then and got fooled by the co.uk web address.
http://www.cleanandshiny.co.uk/ have a decent range of pads and backing plates.
Alex at Serious Performance does the Megs pad, and CS discount.
Never had any problems with O2 either, Started with them when they where BT Cellnet to, Did go to Orange for a year, when everyday 50 came about, but the signal was sh*t at home and work all the time, so went back to them. Still none the wiser what to choose upgrade wise so going to wait.
What have you found over here to go for?
The beauty of the PC is the backing plate is changeable so it can run 4, 5 or 6 inch pad set up's.
The Autopia Pads are good value but there are other UK companies selling pads now, Clean and Shiny, Serious Performance and Motorgeek.
Its the mircrofiber that gets damaged by the fabric sofetners, causes the fibres to stick together.
Foam should be fine, I wash mine in a bowel with Fairy Liquid. Wash them through with that just in case if your worried.
